Mindi Perrotta is a caring and dedicated professional.  She has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Mindi put herself through college while working as an Administrative Assistant—a position in which she honed her formidable organizational skills.

Mindi started her career as an auditor and then worked in the Fund Accounting and Tax Departments for a large mutual fund company. After having her two children and working part-time for a boutique accounting firm in Aventura, she developed a love for QuickBooks. From this love, her consulting business developed organically. One client referred the next, and CPAs, impressed with her books,  would then refer her to even more clients. Before she knew it, she had a thriving business that allowed her to merge her two passions: helping people and working in accounting.

Mindi maintains the highest certifications possible with QuickBooks. She is Advanced Certified in both Desktop and Online versions. Prior to the evolution of QuickBooks Online, Mindi would drive to clients and do her consulting onsite. In 2015, she embraced QuickBooks Online and started doing most of her work remotely while sharing her screen and talking clients through their issues. This was a significant adjustment that has been life changing because it allows her to interact with clients more frequently, thereby giving them more accurate financials during the year—rather than the once-per-year onsite visit.

Mindi loves a good challenge. She excels at tackling the most complicated accounting projects. She works relentlessly using her accounting, administrative, and QuickBooks knowledge to get projects done accurately and efficiently.
